Our team of expert counsellors will work with you to develop an individualized plan that is based on your personal needs and circumstances, meets your needs, and helps you reach the goals that are most important to you.

What to expect
You will have the option of seeing 1 or 2 counsellors in the room while you have your individual therapy session. Sessions can be booked for 50 minutes or 75 minutes. All fees are based on our sliding scale fee structure.
